ERSHAD ALAMGIR

Ershad Alamgir is a dedicated and passionate media and music practitioner, neuroscientist, and professional life coach — a lifelong learner at the intersection of science, art, and self-awareness.

With an extensive career spanning law, television production, broadcasting, and music, he brings both technical precision and emotional intelligence to every project he takes on. His work has evolved across disciplines, from composing and producing to understanding how the brain perceives rhythm, emotion, and storytelling. This dual lens — scientific and creative — allows him to bridge data with depth, connecting knowledge to human experience.

As a neuroscientist, he explores how our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours interact — how awareness transforms performance, and how the brain’s adaptability can unlock creativity and growth.

As a coach, he helps individuals align purpose with practice, guiding them to cultivate clarity, confidence, and authenticity in both their personal and professional lives.

An eager technologist and lifelong student, he’s driven by curiosity, creativity, and the belief that knowledge is meant to be shared — to nurture growth, inspire change, and empower others to realise their potential.

His work also lives through his podcast and Substack, KnowingWhoYouAre, where he explores the stories, struggles, and sparks of human consciousness, creativity, and authenticity. It’s an ongoing dialogue between science and soul, between understanding how we think and discovering who we are.

He believes that growth isn’t measured merely by success, but by alignment — the harmony between what we do, who we are, and what we contribute to others. His purpose is to help others find that harmony — and to keep learning from the journey himself.

ESTHER SONNEVELD ALAMGIR

Esther is the inheritor of a rich artistic legacy, born into three generations of painters and illustrators and immersed in the arts from her earliest years.

Raised by musician parents, her childhood unfolded in an atmosphere of boundless creativity — marked by daily painting and drawing, the study of multiple instruments, and the beginning of ballet at just six years old. She instinctively curated her own visual world, collecting images, posters, and magazine cut-outs, transforming her walls into layered collages that would quietly shape her artistic vision.

At the age of twelve, Esther earned a scholarship to a prestigious Performing Arts College in the Netherlands. Though a serious accident and prolonged recovery brought her dance career to an early close at sixteen, this pivotal moment coincided with her family’s permanent move to England and marked the beginning of a profound creative evolution rather than an ending.

She went on to dedicate herself to public service, joining a charitable organisation full-time where she drew deeply on her performance background, stage experience, and artistic upbringing. Her work focused on events, public relations, and marketing, leading to meaningful collaborations with charities, community centres, and inspiring individuals committed to serving others.

Throughout this period, Esther continued to refine her creative practice in photography, graphic design, and illustration — disciplines that remained integral to her daily life. In 2020, she took a decisive leap of faith, leaving public service to establish her own company and step fully into her role as a Creative Artist and Visual Communicator. At the same time, she joined her husband, Ershad, in the creation of his podcast, Knowing Who You Are, where she leads all graphic design, post-production, and promotional work.

Now studying Art Therapy and Graphic Design, Esther’s work is guided by a desire to bring colour, clarity, and creativity into the world. She is deeply proud of her artistic heritage, grateful to be living her vocation, and inspired by the unfolding possibilities ahead.
